Rugby is a team contact sport between two teams around an oval ball on a rectangular field.
The objective of the game is to score more points than the opponent before the end of the regulation time of 80 minutes (2 x 40 minutes)

Yes! We are an inclusive team and that also includes all levels of rugby. We welcome new people with no gaming experience as much as those with a higher level.
In summer:
We train twice a week at Parc Étienne Desmarteau on Tuesdays and Thursdays (8 p.m.-10 p.m.). Some Thursday practices are at Park Maisonneuve. Please visit https://www.armadamontreal.com/%C3%A9v%C3%A8nements
In autumn:
Usually we offer an integration program to allow you to learn the basics of rugby and join the team with appropriate training.
In winter:
Usually we offer an integration program to allow you to learn the basics of rugby and join the team with appropriate training.
Recommended equipment for training is a pair of rugby cleats, a mouth guard, comfortable running clothes and a bottle of water.

Yes! All new people can try for free for 14 consecutive days before officially signing up.
Armada RFC was created during an era where members of the LGBT+ community were not necessarily welcomed in other teams. Today, the team still respects its roots, but is now a team open to all, regardless of skill level.
