What are the rules of rugby?
Rugby is a contact sport between two teams around an oval ball on a rectangular field.
The goal of the game is to score more points than the opponent before the end of time of 80 minutes (2 x 40 minutes)

Do I need previous rugby experience ?
No! We are an inclusive team and that includes being inclusive of all levels of rugby ability. We would welcome new players who have zero experience of playing rugby through to those that already play at a high level.
When and where do you train?
We train twice a week at Parc des Faubourgs, Montreal.
Mondays (6:30pm-8pm) are physical trainings and Thursdays (6:30pm-8pm) are rugby trainings.
Winter: Info to come. Usually we train once a week in a gymnasium.
I want to come along to training, what should I bring?
The only requirements for training is a pair of suitable footwear (preferably rugby boots), mouthguard, suitable clothing for the weather conditions and water.

Do you offer trial membership?
Yes! All new players can come along to 5 FREE training sessions before you have to commit to joining as a member of the club.
What is an inclusive team?
Whilst our players are predominantly LGBT+ we also have straight players who are just as much part of the team. Sexual orientation is not a barrier – we welcome anyone regardless of how they might identify.
